  Dear Charlotte:

  I wanted to commend Ms. Lauren and Ms. Bonnie for being great teachers. This is the hardest job in the world and they know how to deal with each child and each situation. That is a gift. Brayden has grown and learned a lot considering his age. Ms. Lauren knows how to channel his energy and his love of art. He loves going to school and couldn't wait to go back after spring break. I think he is as prepared as possible for kindergarten. He has a good head start and that will help with his confidence. I believe credit should be given to those who have earned it. They have gone above and beyond especially with the extra holiday stuff. We will miss them dearly, but Brayden is excited about going to kindergarten and that is awesome.

  A huge thanks for such professional teachers and staff. I recommended Great Beginnings to my neighbor for her child this year because i feel this is the best pre k in the whole area.

• Often times parents (including myself) come to you all with concerns, complaints, or just general information. I just wanted to take a moment to address the AMAZING things that go on at Great Beginnings and the AMAZING staff!

  Since I enrolled my children in Great Beginnings in 2011, I have had the pleasure of getting to know some wonderful individuals. From the warm smile and greeting I receive every single day from *Jackie* at the front desk to the extreme support I receive from* Charlotte *ANY time of day! I'm in awe of the customer service, dedication, and standards at this school! I am very protective of my children and after interviewing and touring many schools in the area once I met *Savi* I fell in LOVE!

  The love, affection, and attention to detail from *Jamie, Toya and Jennifer *in the baby rooms was phenomenal! They never made me question a thing. The education, discipline, organization, and will to do what's right from *Savi* is one of a kind! The friendly nature and genuine spirit from *Tia* is untouchable! The support, concern, and old school knowledge from *Jennifer (4 year old room)* is something to cherish! I love *Tomasa's *sweet sweet spirit!

  I truly adore every individual I have mentioned in this email and will NEVER forget how much Great Beginnings has blessed our lives! I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

• To all the staff at Great Beginnings,

  Thank you so very much for putting on the Halloween Festival on October 25th. Our son Jenson had a wonderful time and enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces! His favorite parts were the train rides and pony rides, and we as his parents treasure being able to witness these two firsts for him the sense of community and family at Great Beginnings is exactly why we love living in beautiful Sugar Hill. And knowing that our son loves his school makes it that much sweeter!

• WI wanted to formally inform you that Yorel's last day will be March 31st. I have been offered a promotion within my company and will be moving to Florida by the end of the month. This daycare and staff have been so amzing and like a second home for my son. Ms. Savi and Ms. Heidi have been so instrumental in my son's development. I can say as a first time mother choosing a place to care for your child can be overwhelming. But I was very happy to have found Great Beginnings as my first choice and it be such a success.

• Before our first child Dylan was born, Great Beginnings knew his and our name, answered all of our questions and put our hearts at ease. Five years and a second child later, we would not even think of attending any other learning center. Through the years our relationship with Great Beginnings has become like family. We trust our children with this center completely. The employees have opened their hearts and treated our children like one of their own. Not a day goes by that they are not loved and comforted. The teachers are a constant and do not leave like at many other centers. They are loyal to their employer as well as to their children. Cameron, our youngest has all the same teachers that our older child Dylan had. Our Pre-K experience was wonderful. Dylan was beyond prepared for kindergarten and what he would face every day. When we drop off our children every day we feel confident that they will be loved, taken well care of, and taught what children their age should learn. My children love their teachers and know Great Beginnings as their second home when mommy and daddy are at work. For me, Great Beginnings is family and the only place I could bear to leave my greatest possession, my children.
